AAII Sentiment Survey Surges For Second Week

    The bulls are definitely back in charge according to the weekly AAII Sentiment Survey. The number of investors who said they were bullish increased to 43.9%, up 13.1 points from last weeks reading of 30.8%. Conversely the number of bears decreased to 31.6%, down from 42.2%.  You can see how quickly sentiment changes these days. Two weeks ago investors were quite bearish with only 20% of respondents saying they were bullish, but add in a few positive days and you get a stampede back into the bullish column.
